Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority is currently seeking the following positions:

Water Treatment Plant Operator
Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority (Authority) has an opening for a 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. shift Operator position at its Water Treatment Facility located in Tullytown, Pennsylvania. Starting salary is $21.00/hour.
Operators are responsible for the daily operation of the Authority’s water system. This includes a 16 MGD Water Treatment Plant, two (2) drinking water storage/pumping facilities and the distribution system.
Applicants must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license. A valid PADEP Water System operator license Class A, E license with the minimum subclasses 1, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 is preferred.

Infrastructure Maintenance Repairman
Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority (Authority) has an opening for an Infrastructure Maintenance Repairman at its Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Starting salary is $21.00/hour.
This position is responsible for work associated with the maintenance and repair of the Authority’s wastewater collection system and water distribution systems, including but not limited to sanitary sewer mains, pumping stations, manholes, water mains, water service lines, valves, fire hydrants and appurtenances of the wastewater collection system and water distribution systems. 
Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania CDL driver’s license with “N” endorsement. A valid PADEP Class E4 Collection License is preferred.

Summer Engineering Intern
Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority (Authority) has an opening for a temporary Summer Engineering Intern for it’s facilities located in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Starting salary is between $14-$20.00/hour.
This position is a temporary educational position and consists of assisting Supervisory staff in the operation of the Authority’s Water and Wastewater System.
This temporary position excludes all benefits including but not limited to medical and dental benefits. 
Hours for this position would be between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Thursday but may be adjusted as needed.  This temporary position cannot work more than thirty (30) hours and lunch shall be non-paid.
Applicants must possess a valid US driver’s license, working knowledge with computer programs including but not limited to AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, and must be a student in a Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering degree program of an accredited College.
